I’m Merav Cronin and I love to bake; I grew up in Israel and I'm married with two wonderful children.

Baking is a world of creativity and therapy that opened up for me when we relocated to the Netherlands with my partner’s job and I had the opportunity to change direction from my former career in the telecom and hi-tech industries.

I started out baking unique cakes for our children’s birthdays and other events. Soon I was taking orders from friends and neighbors, challenging myself with new techniques and products, and I fell in love with baking.

In 2015 we relocated to Solon, Ohio, where I continued to develop my products and methods independently, and with professional guidance and training.

I bake every day out of my home kitchen, and today I fuse Israeli, European and American style baking with local products and influences to make products with a unique taste and texture.
